Black Library - September newsletter

The Black Library

September newsletter

Greetings!

It's getting rather busy here at the Black Library as we prepare for this year's UK Games Day, the one time of the year when we are all let out into what is apparently called the real world! Our editors and art team are deep in highly technical planning (involves a coin apparently) to decide what new and wondrous things to show off at the event.

Before we get to which delights we have available on pre-order this month, I'm sure you'll all be pleased to hear that we are offering free standard delivery on all orders placed through our website in the run up to Games Day. This offer applies regardless of destination.

So first up for pre-order is Shamanslayer the latest Gotrek and Felix novel by Nathan Long. When Gotrek and Felix travel north to seek the remaining members of the Order of the Fiery Heart. There are rumours of beastmen lurking in the Drakwald, but there is far more to the story than they could have imagined. Fans of the series will not want to miss this book especially as it heralds the return of a certain Dwarf slayer with nails in his head.

Who doesn't like zombies? Well Cadian guardsmen for a start. As they are forced to face legions of Nurgle plague zombies as they battle to reclaim the Imperial shrine world of Kathur in Cadian Blood, part of our Imperial Guard series and the first novel by Aaron Dembski-Bowden. Don't miss our quote the pro interview with Aaron which includes some hints on what he will be up to for BL in the future.

Finally a howling in the night tells us one thing: the Space Wolves are back with Space Wolf: The Second Omnibus by William King and Lee Lightner. It contains the last three novels in the Space Wolf series, Wolfblade, Sons of Fenris and Wolf's honour.

We still have some copies left of our Black Library exclusive hardback edition of the Gaunt' Ghosts The Lost omnibus. This book will only be available while stocks last so don't miss our on your chance to get hold of a copy.

Don't forget, if you want to keep up with the very latest news and rumours from the depths of the Black Library keep an eye on our blog and the Black Library Facebook page. And you can now follow our Twitter updates at twitter.com/blacklibrary

Until next month,
